   Hi guys, Thanks for the Shout Out to me and to all the others. Miss hanging with you all and hope to do
   so again when I come down to sell the house to the city so it can be demolished. Then of course over the time I am there looking for a new place. Hope this finds you all and yours all doing well. Keep up the pod cast, love to listen almost ever week or so when I take the time. One small request, a little more comic news would be great. But love all the conversations no matter what they are about.
