7/27/2013 – Dodge Ball
500 Point Melee
Each player will place 3 special ball objects on the map. Any character can pick these objects up as if they had super strength (though standard rules apply for the normal objects). These objects do not deal damage and can only be used for ranged attacks. However, they can be thrown up to 8 squares (using a standard ranged attack).
If the ball hits an opposing character, the controlling player must place that character in their starting area. The ball will now “bounce” a random direction and distance (roll a D8 and D4 for direction and distance). The attacking player earns 10 victory points.If the ball misses the character by 3 or more, place the attacking character in the starting area instead and the target may now hold the ball that was thrown at them. If they’re already holding one, place it in an adjacent square of the defending player’s choosing.No feats, resources, or team bases.
