“Feragi Negoiations”

– this is a free for all untimed event

– when ever you score a crit against an
opponent’s ship’s hull instead of them
drawing a damage card you steal an
upgrade of your choice off of that ship
and use it on your ship (even if normal
build rules would not allow you to do so)
– every ship will get a “dilithium supply”
marker that can be stolen like any other
tech card if stolen that ship can only
preform a 1 maneuver
– if you roll a crit that die cannot be
changed (FYI this over rules the
U.S.S. Defiant)
– a die can be changed to a critical hit
but then can not be further modified
– you may have one extra upgrade
slot of any type to each of your
ships (weapon / crew / tech)

3/8/2014 – Legion

600 Point Constructed

Build a team using the Superman and the Legion of Superheroes set or related gravity feed. If you build a non-generic theme team that includes figures from the SLoSH set, you may also include carded figures from other DC sets. No tactics except theme teams.

3/15/2014 – Tag Team

2×400 Point Constructed

Build two separate teams. You will choose which team to start with and which will remain in your sideboard. You may give a power action to any character in play to trade that figure with any number of figures up to the same point value. These figures must immediately be given action tokens. No tactics except theme teams.

3/22/2014 – Scum and Villainy

600 Point Constructed

Build a villain theme team. No resources.

3/29/2014 – AvX Month 3

400 Point Booster Draft/Constructed

Players will purchase one HeroClix five-figure booster of their choice from their store. Any player who has already declared a faction will continue to fight for that faction. Any new players must declare for either Avengers or X-Men.

Players will bring at least one figure and no more than 300 points from their chosen faction’s AvX starter set. Players will then utilize a combination of the contents of their booster, AvX participation reward figures (e.g. Danger, Black Panther, etc.), and their selected starter set characters to finalize their 400 point team.

No tactics aside from the Phoenix Force resource and fragments may be used (so no theme teams).

Upon completion of the event, faction points will be determined based on the top X number of players from each faction, where X equals the smaller of the two factions. These faction points are important because the top two players of the winning faction and the top player of the losing faction will earn an LE figure at the end of all the AvX events.

For month 3, White Phoenix Hope LE’s will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. The first 10 registered Avengers players who complete the event will earn a Professor X LE figure. The first 10 registered X-Men players who complete the event will earn a Hope LE figure. Additionally, the first 20 registered players who complete the event will earn a Emma Frost Fragment 3D Special Object (for use with the Phoenix Force Resource Dial).

– when ever you score a crit against an opponent’s ship’s hull instead of them drawing a damage card you steal an upgrade of your choice off of that ship and use it on your ship (even if normal build rules would not allow you to do so)
– every ship will get a “dilithium supply” marker that can be stolen like any other tech card if stolen that ship can only preform a 1 maneuver
– if you roll a crit that die cannot be changed (FYI this over rules the U.S.S. Defiant)
– a die can be changed to a critical hit but then can not be further modified
– you may have one extra upgrade slot of any type to each of your ships (weapon / crew / tech)
– two ship limit
– no resources

2/22/2014 – AvX Month 2

400 Point Booster Draft/Constructed

Players will purchase one HeroClix five-figure booster of their choice from their store. Any player who has already declared a faction will continue to fight for that faction. Any new players must declare for either Avengers or X-Men.
Players will bring at least one figure and no more than 300 points from their chosen faction’s AvX starter set. Players will then utilize a combination of the contents of their booster and their selected starter set characters to finalize their 400 point team.
No tactics aside from the Phoenix Force resource and fragments may be used (so no theme teams).
Upon completion of the event, faction points will be determined based on the top X number of players from each faction, where X equals the smaller of the two factions. These faction points are important because the top two players of the winning faction and the top player of the losing faction will earn an LE figure at the end of all the AvX events.
For month 2, Lei Kung, the Thunderer LE’s will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. The first 10 registered Avengers players who complete the event will earn a Black Panther LE figure. The first 10 registered X-Men players who complete the event will earn a Danger LE figure. Additionally, the first 20 registered players who complete the event will earn a Colossus Fragment 3D Special Object (for use with the Phoenix Force Resource Dial).

2/15/2014 – Knife Fight

500 Point Constructed

All characters must have Blades/Fangs/Claws printed somewhere on their dial. No tactics except theme teams.
2/22/2014 – AvX Month 2

400 Point Booster Draft/Constructed

Players will purchase one HeroClix five-figure booster of their choice from their store. Any player who has already declared a faction will continue to fight for that faction. Any new players must declare for either Avengers or X-Men.
Players will bring at least one figure and no more than 300 points from their chosen faction’s AvX starter set. Players will then utilize a combination of the contents of their booster and their selected starter set characters to finalize their 400 point team.
No tactics aside from the Phoenix Force resource and fragments may be used (so no theme teams).
Upon completion of the event, faction points will be determined based on the top X number of players from each faction, where X equals the smaller of the two factions. These faction points are important because the top two players of the winning faction and the top player of the losing faction will earn an LE figure at the end of all the AvX events.
For month 2, Lei Kung, the Thunderer LE’s will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. The first 10 registered Avengers players who complete the event will earn a Black Panther LE figure. The first 10 registered X-Men players who complete the event will earn a Danger LE figure. Additionally, the first 20 registered players who complete the event will earn a Colossus Fragment 3D Special Object (for use with the Phoenix Force Resource Dial).

Players will build a team with two boosters purchased at the store. Players may add up to 150 points of figures outside their booster and from the SatLoS set.
